The complimentary design concept offer is not available to all residents of all areas. All required fields of this form must be completed accurately. A copy of a scaled plot plan, survey, or plat showing the house and the dimensions of the building and the lot must be provided to Valley Deck & Patio prior to an onsite meeting. If you are not sure where to locate your property plat, check your settlement documents provided to you when your home was purchased, ask the settlement company, mortgage holder, or real estate agent for assistance. Valley Deck & Patio will provide one 2D representation of a project in the stated budget range. Revisions to the initial concept are not included but are provided after completing a design - build contract and deposit. After you submit this request a member from our team will contact you for additional details via a phone consultation. After the initial phone consultation, an on site meeting will be scheduled. The copy of a scaled plot plan, survey, or plat showing the house and the dimensions of the building and the lot must be provided to Valley Deck & Patio prior to the onsite meeting.
